The Meadows does not require a buy-in or entry fee. A deposit is received for first right of refusal on a chosen apartment and is held as a "security deposit" once resident moves in. The deposit is refundable with a 30-day written notice of move out or health-related cause for moving.

  • The Meadows allows pets, although the resident must be able to completely care for the pet without any help from the staff. There is a probationary period during which the apartment is monitored for cleanliness, smell, and pet’s noise level. We want to assure that no residents are disturbed by the companionship of a pet. There is an additional $500 non-refundable pet deposit per animal.
