All residents have the benefit of:
• Nursing staff on duty 24 hours/7 days a week

• Washers and dryers on each floor for personal use
• Emergency call system "lifeline" buttons to wear
• Daily social and leisure activities with full time • Enrichment Coordinator
• All utilities including a basic Satellite TV package (excluding telephone)
• Transportation coordination
• Monthly wellness checks (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, weight)
• Annual deep cleaning of your apartment
• Cueing for meals and activities
• Interior and exterior maintenance
Additional services available are:
• Daily medication administration
• Daily upkeep/bed making
• Assistance with whirlpool bathing/shower calculated on a monthly basis
• Weekly personal laundry services; (excluding dry cleaning, hand washables and ironing
• Daily assistance with personal hygiene and or dressing (such as: oral care, shaving, washing, applying lotion)
• Manageable incontinence assistance;
Health maintenance support (such as assistance with ted hose, blood sugar/blood pressure monitoring
• Phone service
• Financial Management; (The Meadows will use Arvest for Resident Financial Management & residents will be responsible for payment of that service.)
