At the Meadows, we understand that a one size fits all approach is not always best for everyone. We treat our residents as family and over time, some may need more help and more services. We are happy to provide service that will change according to a given resident's needs.

Assisted Living 

All residents have the benefit of:

• Nursing staff on duty 24 hours/7 days a week

• Three meals daily

• Weekly changing and washing of linens and towels

• Weekly housekeeping

• Washers and dryers on each floor for personal use

• Emergency call system "lifeline" buttons to wear

• Daily social and leisure activities with full time • Enrichment Coordinator

• All utilities including a basic Satellite TV package (excluding telephone)

• Transportation coordination

• Monthly wellness checks (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, weight)

• Annual deep cleaning of your apartment

• Cueing for meals and activities

• Interior and exterior maintenance

Additional services available are:

• Daily medication administration

• Daily upkeep/bed making

• Assistance with whirlpool bathing/shower calculated on a monthly basis

• Weekly personal laundry services; (excluding dry cleaning, hand washables and ironing

• Daily assistance with personal hygiene and or dressing (such as: oral care, shaving, washing, applying lotion)

• Manageable incontinence assistance;

Health maintenance support (such as assistance with ted hose, blood sugar/blood pressure monitoring

• Phone service

• Financial Management; (The Meadows will use Arvest for Resident Financial Management & residents will be responsible for payment of that service.)

Independent Living

 At the Meadows, we customize our services to allow seniors to live an independent lifestyle without having to worry about cleaning or cooking. Our staff is licensed to provide professional home care services as well as personal assistance should the need arise.

Independent senior living at The Meadows differs from assisted living in that is it ideal for seniors who have access to assisted care if needed but are capable of performing day-to-day tasks with little trouble.

As with assisted living residents, seniors in independent living will enjoy amenities such as a library, therapeutic whirlpool baths, beauty salon, and much more!
