Independent and Assisted Living in Bentonville, Arkansas

At the Meadows, we understand that a one size fits all approach is not always best for everyone. We treat our residents as family and over time, some may need more help and more services. We are happy to provide service that will change according to a given resident's needs.

Meadows Living Services

All residents have the benefit of:

  • Nursing staff on duty 24 hours/7 days a week.
  • Three meals daily.
  • Weekly changing and washing of linens and towels.
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Washers and dryers on each floor for personal use.
  • Emergency call system "lifeline" buttons to wear
  • Daily social and leisure activities with full time Enrichment Coordinator.
  • All utilities including basica Satellite TV package (excluding telephone).
  • Transportation coordination.
  • Monthly welness checks (blood pressure, pulse, respirations, weight)
  • Annual deep cleaning of apartment.
  • Cueing for meals and activities.
  • Interior and exterior maintenance.


Additional services available are:
  • Daily medication administration.
  • Daily upkeep/bed making
  • Assistance with whirlpool bathing/shower calculated on a monthly basis
  • Weekly personal laundry services; (excluding dry cleaning, hand washables and ironing
  • Daily assistance with personal hygiene and or dressing (such as: oral care, shaving, washing, applying lotion)
  • Manageable incontinence assistance;
  • Health maintenance support (such as assistance with ted hose, blood sugar/blood pressure monitoring
  • Phone service
  • Financial Management; (The Meadows will use Arvest for Resident Financial Management & residents will be responsible for payment of that service.)

Memory Care - Licensed Alzheimer's Special Care Unit

The Licensed Alzheimer Care provided by The Meadows is located in a secure, homelike space with private bedroom and bathroom suites that are connected to a kitchen, dining room, activity area and family room. The specialized Memory Care Residence is in a secure wing with 10 studio apartments.  

Our caring, professional nursing staff has the experience and training to meet the unique needs of memory-impaired residents and their families. Our staff engages in continuous education and training to exceed state-issued standards. We treat the residents and families with respect and know that compassion and dignity are essential for the comfort and well being of our residents.

The Meadows Memory Care provides all services needed by our Memory Care residents including:

  • Three meals per day, plus daily snacks
  • Medication administration
  • Health maintenance support (such as monitoring of blood pressure, weight, assistance with ted hose, etc
  • Whirlpool bathing/shower supervision (weekly and more as needed)
  • Daily upkeep/ bed making
  • Weekly changing and laundering of sheets and towels
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Assistance with dressing
  • Assistance with personal hygiene including manageable incontinence
  • Personal laundry services once per week, or as needed
  • Emergency call system available with staff on duty 24 hours a day
  • Assistance with daily social and leisure activities
  • Transportation coordination
  • All utilities including cable TV or satellite
  • Interior and exterior maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal
  • Annual housekeeping

Our caregivers have advanced training far beyond the basic level offered by other providers. Our unique training extends to the heart as well as the mind, helping us build a caregiving team that is genuinely committed to the best care possible.

Because of our commitment to providing outstanding care, we’ve partnered with the Institute for Professional Care Education.
